“The flowers were received and apparently very nice. However, it would have been nice to have confirmation of delivery on the day rather than having to ask and then get a notification a few days later!”

“I was a little concerned when I saw some of the feedback post purchase but it was unfounded. The flowers arrived on the same day and looked exactly like the pic on the website, really beautiful. My partner was so happy with them.”

“Despite saying on the order that the flowers could be left on the porch if nobody was home, they were taken back to the shop as ‘nobody was home’, and delivered the next day which was too late. Completely ruined the point of the gift.”

“Unfortunately there is not a zero star option which is what I require, this company cancelled my order stating there was no florist available on a Saturday in Chichester ? Very disappointingly My order for a recently widowed friend was cancelled and I was told my order would be refunded in 3-5 working days, to date I have been waiting 19 working days without a refund This is a very poor business that quite clearly doesn’t have enough suppliers to fulfil orders they have happily taken payment for. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“We loved them. I've just one negative. I asked that she recieve a phone call when on route - I'm away working in Japan and she's a single mum - and she didn't, and they were left on the door step. Otherwise loved service.”
