This is the second time I have used this company and both times I have been eventually "reached out to to apologise that there is no florist in the area to fulfil the order". The order was for Oxfordshire hardly the back of beyond! They inform me that they have cancelled my order and will refund me within 5-10 days. In the meantime I have used Interflora and paid out another load of money for flowers which will now arrive a day late.

The flower card had the wrong name on it and signed off by the wrong name too. Disappointing.

I have tried many years to find a good local florist and OMG these flowers were just beautiful! From the packaging to the minor details (card & boxing) I’m really impressed. The quality went beyond my expectations & I love they have a number you can contact them on which makes it feel less transactional! Thank you so much my sister loved the flowers & you now have a long term customer. I have used prestige flowers for 6 years and I will no longer be using them anymore! Happy New Year!

I found the ordering process very easy and the flowers I chose very affordable. I sent the gift to my Aunt overseas so I do not know how they looked on arrival but I trust they were as in the picture. Delivery was as requested and the whole experience was professional. FSN is now my go-to florist.

I ordered two deliveries-only one was made with no contact being made about why the other was not. Now told I should be getting a refund in "5-10 days"-the order should have been delivered on 17th December so why I have not got my refund yet? Most dissapointing and will not be using this firm again.

The flowers and vase were not delivered on time in fact they never came .my ex wife was bery disappointed I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUNDS

TOTALLY TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED spent a lot of money on flowers for a loved one at Christmas and this company couldn't care less they put the wrong name on the card, so it ruined the gift. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN need a florist who cares about their customers this outfit DOESN'T

It delivered on time and to the right address. I have had so many problems with other flower delivery services I nearly gave up altogether. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and gave a lot of pleasure to my daughter who is very ill.

The flowers were not delivered and no attempt was made to contact the recipient. They were a Christmas present. I have since received 2 emails claiming that the order was complete. I called to speak to someone about this and waited in a queue for 30 minutes. The call was finally answered with a recording asking me to leave a message. The company says it is trying to contact the florist involved to see what happened but they are closed. So I am left with no present for my family and no offer of a refund so far. I understand mistakes can happen but I strongly object to being told a delivery has been made when that is not the case.
