“Ordered flowers for my sister’s graduation to be delivered July 25. The flowers were not delivered. No one has responded to my emails or calls. No one from the team has had the courtesy to reach out to me with feedback or an explanation. I have requested a refund and still total silence from the team. I won’t be recommending their services to anyone.”

“Ordered flowers for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Should have been delivered On Friday 25th. Received emailed same day saying they could not find anyone to deliver, would I like it for Saturday. Replied yes and again said it was for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Received email Monday afternoon saying again no deliveries and they would sort out a refund. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM APART FROM TAKING YOUR PAYMENT THEN HAVING TO WAIT 5 DAYS THEY SAY FOR A REFUND. NOT IMPRESSED”

“I haven’t actually received them and when I queried where they are your team just said they’ve been delivered without issues without looking into it or providing me with more detail to see if I can get them. Very disappointing as they were supposed to be delivered for a special occasion whilst I’m away on a work trip and I have no clear information on where they actually are.”

“Absolutely disgusted. Advised at 3.15pm today that flowers I ordered two days ago in memory of my mother’s birthday, she died earlier this year, couldn’t be delivered as we are in a rural area. We are not in a rural area, was not advised on ordering that I was in a rural area and website says they deliver to Fife. Whole family is devastated. £60 shocking service.”
