“Not great. Ordered red roses but told on the day of delivery they were out of stock in September? Emails regarding delivery address were annoying. The bouquet delivered although nice didn’t deliver the wow factor I wanted for our first anniversary. I don’t think I will be using this site again”

“Order flowers for my wife’s birthday half way through the day the flowers was supposed to be delivered get an email saying cannot deliver can four day late not a lot of good was not offered any other flowers this was on the 13th September is now 19th September sill no refund will not use again”

“The flowers were as expected. Lovely. However it took the next day to deliver the chocolates which wasn't god. I had to phone the main with no reply. Then tracked down the actual flower company. Joanne's flowers who forgot the chocolates twice. Not good.”
