“Ordering was easy enough. Unsure if the delivery was on time as the recipient didn't acknowledge them until a day later, also obviously we didn't see the end result. As long as the flowers matched the seclection image that's fine. The recipient did let us know she was very pleased with them.”

“After PAYING and receiving a confirmation for same day service around the time it was suppose to be delivered I noticed the new date was next day after paying a premium charge for same day only to be told it only applies to London deliveries yet my confirmation said nothing and your system didn’t stop the order from being confirmed. I only used your service because it was the same day.”

“I want to thank you so much for the most beautiful flowers for mums funeral service yesterday. The ‘mum’ and ‘Oma’ were so lovely - the arrangement with the jay cloths and marigolds bought a laugh and a smile to everyone. You were so creative!! Thank you again and can’t recommend you enough.”

“Ordered some flowers for our wedding anniversary to be “guaranteed” delivery on 30th August. (Our actual wedding anniversary). Received a text at 13.30 on the afternoon from Flower Shop Network to say “they couldn’t find a florist to deliver the flowers for my wife”. They offered delivery on the Monday which I initially accepted and then changed my mind so requested a full refund. To our shock they tried to deliver the flowers on the Monday which my wife refused to take. I’ve emailed asking for a refund but my emails have gone unanswered. Wouldn’t use them again.”

“Ordered 9:00 am online for same day delivery and flowers arrived 2:30pm in Edinburgh. Flowers exactly as image and my daughter was delighted. No issue what so ever.”
