“Despite saying on the order that the flowers could be left on the porch if nobody was home, they were taken back to the shop as ‘nobody was home’, and delivered the next day which was too late. Completely ruined the point of the gift.”

“Unfortunately there is not a zero star option which is what I require, this company cancelled my order stating there was no florist available on a Saturday in Chichester ? Very disappointingly My order for a recently widowed friend was cancelled and I was told my order would be refunded in 3-5 working days, to date I have been waiting 19 working days without a refund This is a very poor business that quite clearly doesn’t have enough suppliers to fulfil orders they have happily taken payment for. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“We loved them. I've just one negative. I asked that she recieve a phone call when on route - I'm away working in Japan and she's a single mum - and she didn't, and they were left on the door step. Otherwise loved service.”

“For 80 pounds there were be only 6 roses in the bouquet and 2 other types of flowers. The ordered bouquet was size ‘large’, glad I did not order the standard size! Due to no answer via telephone on Thursday 30 th Oct to change delivery date ,the flowers were made up and had to be kept for 4 days to be delivered on new date of 4 Nov.”

“The incorrect bouquet was delivered and I wasn't fully reimbursed the difference, even with photograpic evidence. Very unprofessional in my opinion, seeing as flowers are so personal to the recipient, and when you order and pay for a deluxe bouquet that's what you expect to be delivered.”

“I duplicated the order I sent to my sister for her birthday last August. It was the same bouquet and the same price. I called in to see her on the 7th and was disappointed with the bouquet. It was smaller than her birthday bouquet and the flowers looked different. Basically, it wasn't worth £48 and my sister said some of the flowers had wilted overnight. Can't say I will order from you again unfortunately 😕”
