“The flowers were delivered by our local shop. We're in Lincolnshire. The shopkeeper who delivered them assured us that they are all local flowers. They're beautiful. Exactly as ordered.”

“Very poor quality please see pics below looked nothing like the order I picked not one bit. Embarrassing I could have got better going to a petrol station and buying a bunch of flowers for 10.00. Would not recommend they haven’t responded to any communication stick to the trusted reputable companies such as interflora !!”

“My mother bought some flowers for my husband and I for our tenth wedding anniversary. She had ordered a Blazing arrangement, but when it arrived she was very upset because it was nothing like a Blazing Beauty. She had received a 25% refund but it isn’t the point. She was told, when she complained, that sometimes some flowers have to be substituted but that it wouldn’t be noticeable. That statement is laughable because the arrangement that was received was a total substitution. Needless neither my mother, myself or will be placing any more orders with you and I shall certainly ensure that my mother’s experience will be shared. Linda Ferrier for Sarah Ferrier”

“This turned out to be a very stressful experience. I placed my order on the Sunday for delivery the following Thursday. Plenty of notice so there should be no problems. Wrong. Nothing delivered on Thursday. I phoned Friday morning and having listened to 20 minutes of "you are number 1 in the queue " I hung up and sent an email. Got a reponse about an hour later apologising and saying order would be delivered later that day. Relived. Got an email about 4pm local time saying order delivered. Contacted my friend NOTHING DELIVERED. phoned the contact number in the delivery notification to be advised I have a wrong number. Maybe I misdailled. Tried again. Same response. So at this point I think I have been scammed. I sent an email to th company. No response. Scam ? At this point I thought about leaving a warning review on your Website. One last try. On the Saturday morning I telephoned, and finally got through. After more checking and more apologising I was told the order would be delivered by 1pm. This came and went . SCAM?. FInally I recieved a text from my friend just after 3pm saying order delivered. Over 2 days late. The flowers were lovely but in my view the chocolates were disappointing. A box of milk tray that you can buy at the local Tesco for about £5.00. After all the stress I will not be using your service again. If I had not contacted my friend after the delivery notification nothing would have been delivered and I would have been out of pocket. Very nearly the scam result that I was concerned about.”

“The flowers were lovely. Didn't last long but were nice. The Vase i ordered never arrived, and despite 2 emails, no response from seller. So the customer service is disappointing.”
