“Beautiful, fresh & such colourful flowers!! Presented so well!! Exactly (If not better) as to what I ordered! My friend who the flowers were sent to stated “it’s the nicest bouquet she’s ever received ” Ordered and delivered on the same day…. I would highly recommend using the flower shop network!! I was very impressed!!!”

“I'm located in the U.S., and it can be a struggle to have flowers delivered to friends in England, but this shop made it so easy. They were able to accommodate next-day delivery. I will definitely be working with them again. Thank you!”

“The day before the flowers were to be delivered I got a message saying they didn't have the flowers I ordered. They were for a funeral the next day so I was in a panic. They did finally make it on time but the flowers were nothing like the picture I had ordered. They were happy with the arrangement but it wasn't nearly as nice as I had hoped.”

“Awful service, missed my email, message not copied correctly and then they tried to deliver flowers to the wrong house a day late! These flowers were for the anniversary of my mums son passing and was supposed to provide comfort on such a hard day. Shocking service, horrendous after care and I’d never use them again!”

“Firstly, this bouquet of flowers was ordered after a loss of life in the family. Then we were told that they could not be delivered. I then received a conflicting email, which told me that the flowers had in fact reached their destination. As this involved a bereavement. I felt unable to contact the recipients due to very tragic circumstances. I then decided to phone the number on the website and was told that this number was unobtainable . I tried several times but with no success. I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering. I will not use this service again.”

“Appalling service from Flower Shops Network. The flowers received were awful and DEFINITELY NOT anything like the photo. I have written to them THREE times and nobody has responded at all except to send me this review to fill in (which I suppose is standard OP). I went to the shop that supplied the actual flowers and they weren't any help either and said I would have to speak to Flower Shops Network. I am angry and extremely disappointed to have spent nearly £55 on flowers that were worse than garage forecourt offerings! And this bouquet was supposed to be special for my granddaughter who had just passed her first exams! Never again, Flower Shops Network and I would NOT recommend this shockingly bad organisation. What a rip off.”

“I was disappointed that the website accepted an order for same day delivery when I was later told that 2pm was too late for same day delivery. I was disappointed that no one let me know that the flowers would not be delivered on the agreed date. I was disappointed not to receive an apology or discount from the woman who called to say "we didn't deliver your flowers yesterday, because you ordered them too late, do you still want them". I was disappointed that the flowers were delivered to the wrong house number, I don't have access to the original booking form so cant say for sure that I didn't miss key my parents house number... but id be surprised if i did. I was disappointed that when no one was home, at the wrong address, no one called the number they insist you provide on the website. I was disappointed that the flowers were left in the garden next to the bin, rather than in the porch. The flowers were nice but were haphazardly arranged.”
