“I ordered Beaming Brights for my daughter’s birthday, and she was delighted with different colours and blooms. I also had to contact the florist in the morning to ask if they could change delivery times which they did. So happy Mum and Happy Daughter”

“Flowers were lovely. The problem is- my fault- the wrong delivery address went through. The issue I have is the fact that I was completely unable to speak to anyone directly connected to the company customer support. I had to trace through for hours to try and find anyone to speak to to ensure the correct address. The customer support number on the site is useless.”

“I ordered flowers for same day delivery on a Saturday and received a message saying that unfortunately they could not deliver until Monday. Since then I have heard nothing and no flowers have been delivered. This is appears to be a scam.”

“Delivered on time and to correct address, in spite of me getting the post code wrong, the address was correct though. Well done and the flowers were well received. Will definitely use again and I would recommend to anyone wanting to send flowers.”

“My order was accepted for same day delivery which I was charged for , flowers for an aunt who is at end of life , I was later informed my order was not going ahead as planned a refund was offered , 3 messages I sent that afternoon, evening , next day confirming I would like a refund. No response ,,,, until I was notified flowers were delivered next day , so I was charged for flowers a day late and an order I cancelled . So customer service really does not work , I have no positive feed back and will not use this company again .”

“I asked for delicate colours like peach apricot white and green but you sent bright orange which was totally out of place for the person I was sending them to also I really didn’t think they were arranged well at all/sorry”

“My flowers weren't received by the recipient. I have sent 4 emails chasing without a response. I have tried to get through on the phone lines several times but without success. If I have been lucky enough to get through to the front of the queue then it is a just an answering machine for you to leave a message. I have left two messages now and if there has been a return call - I have not noticed and no message has been left with an update, even though on the two times I got through to the answer machine I did leave the order number and my phone number. £50 I have spent for a load of hassle and a friend who has now buried her husband and thinks I don't care sufficiently enough to send flowers.”
