The order arrived 2 days late despite me confirming by email as requested. I had to call them to chase it otherwise I would have still been waiting. What did eventually arrive was far from what had been ordered. £106 paid for a deluxe bouquet and chocolates and what arrived looked like a £40 bouquet from M and S and a small tin of M&S biscuits which cost about £3/4. This was supposed to be a gift for my wedding anniversary, most disappointed and won't be using them again.

Flowers not delivered. There seem to be a few on here the last few days. My son payed £72 for them. They have never been received. No reply to emails and no one is answer when you call. This will be taken further.

The flowers were not delivered. Trying to contact this organisation by the phone number provided or the web address proved fruitless. My advice is to avoid using this organisation.

flowers where not sent on the same day, I ordered 1st thing so they can be delivered specifically on the same day, not only where they not sent on the same day, when my wife finally got the flowers the roses where half dead, never using this service again, TERRIBLE

I paid by Apple Pay and at no point was I given the option to change the delivery address. I sent an email straight away. I rang several times from 8am answer phone saying office open at 8am. Then at 8.30 phone was ringing saying I was number 2 in queue. Held on and when it was my turn it went straight to answer phone. This happened 3 times. I then looked on Trust Pilot and reviews were shocking. I should have looked there first. Found owners name and searched him on LinkedIn. That gave me another company name which I rang and a lady said she would get someone to change the delivery address. This is not acceptable. I was on holiday trying to sort this. Terrible service

I am sorry as I am unable to give a review on the flowers but I am sure they were just what we ordered. I will use you company again if zi have the need to send flowers in the UK again. Thank you.

You never delivered the flowers and my mum had nothing for her birthday .. I think this is a scam had to raise a bank dispute because 70gbp down terrible service

Flowers were lovely. But I ordered a vase with the flowers. This did not arrive, and I have emailed twice now with no response. A response to an incomplete order wpuld be appreciated.

Very efficient service, kept in touch regularly due to me putting wrong address which they had no problem altering and beautiful flowers arrived on time ..

Ordered at noon on Saturday for same day delivery. No communication received until I queried it on Monday morning. Was then told that there was no florist available on Saturday and that they will be received sometime on Monday. Will not use again.
