“The order got missed on the day of delivery. The company emailed to apologise and to give me the choice of cancelling or rescheduling delivery. I chose to have them delivered. My sister said the flowers were beautiful so very happy with that”

“I saw a photo of the delivered bouquet and thought it was a bit weak for the price. I had received an email saying that a substitute arrangement would be provided since the day's delivery of flowers had not arrived. So when I also had to check that something had in fact been delivered, I was not very happy overall”

“I chose Flower Shop because of the same day delivery. But sadly this was not the case. No available flower shops in that area were able to support the request. I was a wee bit disappointed but they let me know via email. Thank fully I checked, as I am not an avid email “checker”. A refund was offered, or a new delivery. I opted for the new delivery. Flower were lovely. Communication was good. And options were available to me. All in all very good.”

“Flowers were not delivered, cancelled by company on the morning of delivery, and still waiting for a refund despite several emails since 10th May. Very poor customer service.”
