“Thank you for making sure the flowers I was sending via you from Australia were delivered in time for the funeral of my friend in England It was important to me as I could not be there, in person at the funeral, to represent myself and family”

“My sister, who was facing major surgery the next day, was very happy with her flowers and said they helped cheer her up. She is now recovering at home and enjoying looking at her basket of flowers. I live 270 miles south of her so wanted to let her know I was thinking of her, and flowers seemed a good way to do that.”

“I ordered the flowers on Friday 17th for delivery same day as a birthday gift, I got an email saying they couldn’t find a florist to fulfill the delivery, I emailed back on the Friday to say please continue to deliver but the flowers only arrived on the Monday 22nd”

“Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Never turned up, no communication and no way to quickly contact them with a query or to track an order. Let me down in a big way so I had to make alternative plans (me rushing to to a main strain station with an open florist at 6pm on a Friday evening. They did reply back and claimed to have reminder the flowers, however when they shared the photo evidence, it clearly wasn’t the address it was meant to be delivered to, and we had no idea where this house was. Not had a decent response since flagging this issue, and fortunately whomever the flowers were delivered to did actually bring them round the next day, but the event was over, the flowers are needed on the Friday as paid for, not a day later! Would firmly recommend using any florist company barring this lot, as if you’re relying on them to help deliver to plan, they won’t do so and won’t take responsibility for their failure.”

“To be honest I was very disappointed. I booked flowers at 11am on Monday and then I was told they wouldn’t be delivered that day. So I had to have them delivered the day after. When they arrived I was really disappointed in the amount of flowers I received for the price of £58 (including delivery) I won’t be rushing to use you again”
