“DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. I ordered and paid for a large bouquet of flowers for my Aunt's 90th birthday to be delivered on 10th May. On the morning of the 10th May I got an email that my order was cancelled. It was bad enough that my order was cancelled on the morning the bouquet was supposed to be delivered but I still have not received my refund despite sending several emails requesting same. Very dissatisfied customer.”

“Flowers were beautiful, but very disappointed that the chocolates that should have been delivered at the same time weren't. The driver called my wife an hour later to advise they'd been missed off the delivery and that he was returning to deliver them.”

“Arrived promptly and they were nice. Nothing like the picture though. Picture was all yellow and I got a mixture of colours. Also, no roses as per the picture. Seemed a lot smaller too for the price. My daughter was pleased by I was a little disappointed”

“Flowers were delivered on time, beautifully displayed in a gorgeous vase. Exactly what I wanted to send to my friend who had just lost her sister. She loved them and was grateful for the vase as she’d run out.”

“It is now 10 days since my order was cancelled and still no sign of the refund of almost £75. Not only did I have a very disappointed wife on her birthday, but I am also badly out of pocket and very angry. Appalling service all round”
