“I was happy to pay over 50 pounds for a quick delivery. However, I ordered on the sixth, they didn’t arrive until the 8th. I phoned to complain, no chance of getting through. I emailed, and received an apology on the 8th. I was told they would be delivered at 4pm that day. Shortly after I received an email saying they’d been delivered on the 7th. They eventually arrived at almost 6pm, after numerous calls with the recipient which spoiled the surprise. Now, if you were me would you use this service again? I doubt it.”

“They were absolutely nothing like the picture I chose. I couldn't be more disappointed. For £55 I definitely will not use this service again. I had to go out and buy more flowers to compensate the ones that did not reach a decent standard.”

“I was buying flowers for my sisters funeral and paid out £63 thinking it would be a largish bouquet . I was given a Bouquet that was half the size I expected and it was embarrassing”

“have to admit i was a little worried after ordering the flowers and then reading the reviews. however my experience was very good. flowers arrived same day and before a specific time I requested. good communication and no complaints and flowers were gratefully received.”

“I ordered a bouquet of red roses when the flowers arrived they were a completely different bunch of flowers not 1 red rose in the bouquet I understand that maybe changes to my order however in the confirmation email it said any significant changes would be notified of I was not informed of any significant changes and having a completely different bouquet of flowers I would class that as a significant change. After making a complaint I was not dealt with in a good manner and my last email was not responded to. I am very disappointed with the service you have supplied I will not be using you again and I would urge people to avoid you at all costs.”

“I ordered an Autumn Splendour bouquet for a friend and what she received was nothing like an Autumn bouquet. There was no cohesion of colour. It looked like a bunch of leftover random flowers were grouped together and sent out. I am so disappointed. I have emailed twice and received no response and the telephone number listed does not work.”

“Ease of ordering, on time delivery, nice arrangement of flowers. Unfortunately the message i required was not copied correctly & this changed the dynamic considerably. Some of the flowers are already beginning to wither & drop after 3 days. Overall, slightly disappointed.”
