“They were a pick me up for my niece after my sister died recently. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. She hadn't received delivered flowers in over 20 years and said they are perfect: a lovely surprise and they make her smile. Thank you.”

“Very disappointed, ordered the flowers 4 days before arrival then was told on the day of delivery they were out of stock. I had no choice but to have the alternative, which I wouldn’t have chosen .”

“Sorry I can’t give praise. In error,I gave my address as the delivery address.Within about half an hour I realized my mistake and emailed all of your available addresses to ask for correction.Those messages were ignored.The flowers - a nice bunch,by the way - were delivered to me. NK”

“Delivery was on time and perfect. The flowers though were terrible. A third of the size in pictures, looked pretty wilted and generally disappointing. I had considered going for the large option but £50 for medium boutique was pricey enough.”

“Although the flowers were fresh and beautiful I requested the delivery date for 13th July 2025 for my Mother in Laws birthday but they were delivered on 14th, which spoilt the whole gift. I also received an email today,14th to say they were delivered yesterday which is a lie. I won't be using this again!”

“The flowers that I ordered for my friends were never received by them, there was a lack of correspondence and tracking information, tried to contact about further information as to where the flowers have ended up I then received an email to say the flowers I ordered were delivered however there is no photographic evidence. Don’t order flowers from this company, dreadful and don’t respond to emails.”
