“I ordered a bouquet for my partner for her Birthday on the 28th September 2025 but it did not arrive. I attempted to call customer service phone number on Sunday evening to find they were not open. I called again on Monday 29th, only to be told that they do not deliver on Sundays. This is not mentioned on the website, and Sunday is offered as a delivery day. There was no contact from Flower Shops Network regarding this, despite the customer service agent saying that an email had been sent, and yes, I checked the spam / junk folder too. Terrible service. Avoid.”

“The bouquet was lovely but I thought it could have been bigger having ordered the biggest bouquet you had and it would have been nice for one or two lillies to be open as every single one was closed as can be seen by the photo.”

“It was very easy to order, lots of choice and delivered on the day requested. I was also kept informed of the timing of the delivery and when it had actually been delivered. They were for a friend and she has since sent photos of the flowers and has said how pleased she was with them.”

“Have to say, extremely disappointed, grossly and I do mean grossly overpriced for the bouquet received. TBH I’m not a complainer but it was really really not worth the money by a long stretch”

“Delivered on the day requested, but because the recipient wasn't at home and the weather was awful you put them in the bin out of the wind and rain. Well done and very thoughtful of you. My sister got them undamaged when she got home later that night. Thanks.”

“Unfortunately the lady whome i sent flowers too was not at her work place due to illness. The flowers were refused. I left my phone number in case these could not be delivered. To current date I have received emails from you asking if I am happy with your service. I am not ! I should have been informed that they had not been delivered and there is no excuse for this as of mentioned I left my details with yourselves. Therefore I would like a full refund. Regards”
