“We paid NZ$225 for a box of flowers and a box of chocolates. The flowers arrived late but the chocolates did not arrive. This is a terrible service.”

“Never again. My husband ordered a bouquet for our Wedding Anniversary on the 27th May, only to receive a message at 11.22 that day to say there wasn’t a florist available to make it up with the correct flowers.”

“Ordered 'blue hues',large bouquet, picture shows flowers in a cute milk jug, assumed that's how the flowers would be sent my friend recieved a few flowers in a box!, I could have gone to any supermarket and bought dozens of flowers for the price, £72.98,(including delivery), absolutely discusted will not use services again”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. Ordered about midday and delivered just before 1.30! I have not seen them obviously so I can’t comment on how the flowers look or anything. I’m hoping they were as described online.”

“Delivery not fulfilled, never advised until I did check on the status of it, then offered to deliver a day later or a full refund. Requested a full refund which to date has not been received, 28 days later! Very disappointing!”
