“The picture on line was a total false advertisement they looked full of bloom and lush whilst the items delivered looked like a tumu special, they were totally different. Complaints were made to the flower shop network as I had no direct contact with the supplier, the replies were very dismissive and no apologies were given. Totally underwhelmed surprise that were a bit of an embarrassment, which ruined the surprise. Not worth the £60. Save your self the aggravation and shop with interflora !!!”

“Not great. Ordered red roses but told on the day of delivery they were out of stock in September? Emails regarding delivery address were annoying. The bouquet delivered although nice didn’t deliver the wow factor I wanted for our first anniversary. I don’t think I will be using this site again”

“Order flowers for my wife’s birthday half way through the day the flowers was supposed to be delivered get an email saying cannot deliver can four day late not a lot of good was not offered any other flowers this was on the 13th September is now 19th September sill no refund will not use again”

“I ordered my flowers early this morning to be delivered today they haven't arrived and there is no way of getting in touch with this company, I'm 83.00 out of pocket. I am taking this further as they are ripping people off.”
