“Flowers were not up the required standard and the colours were not as ordered - expected yellow arrangement and received orange and white with purple packaging.”

“Ordered some flowers for our wedding anniversary to be “guaranteed” delivery on 30th August. (Our actual wedding anniversary). Received a text at 13.30 on the afternoon from Flower Shop Network to say “they couldn’t find a florist to deliver the flowers for my wife”. They offered delivery on the Monday which I initially accepted and then changed my mind so requested a full refund. To our shock they tried to deliver the flowers on the Monday which my wife refused to take. I’ve emailed asking for a refund but my emails have gone unanswered. Wouldn’t use them again.”

“Ordered 9:00 am online for same day delivery and flowers arrived 2:30pm in Edinburgh. Flowers exactly as image and my daughter was delighted. No issue what so ever.”

“Substitute sent due to being out of stock of original order. Flowers looked lovely, but not sure as good as original ones??? And M&S chocolates????????????? £60 odd quid, do I get 15% refund on this rather than another order?”
