“Order placed 26/08/2025 for delivery for my Mums birthday on 28/08/2025. Just had a call at 13:45 that it won't be delivered today & they will try for tomorrow morning... complete let down. Would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Very Disappointed – Birthday Flowers Never Delivered I ordered flowers for a birthday, expecting them to arrive on time and make the day special. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened. Not only did this completely ruin the surprise, but I also received no proper updates or explanation from the company. Birthdays only come once a year, and this lack of reliability is unacceptable. I trusted this service to deliver something meaningful, but instead it caused stress and disappointment. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their communication, reliability, and customer service. I am still waiting for the refund. Will be reporting this this place to Citizen Advice.”

“Hopeless service. Ordered on Friday for a Birthday on Monday. The money came out of my account. They messaged on Saturday to say hey couldn't deliver. I messaged back asking for Tuesday but no reply til Wednesday. Totally let down. Will stick with Interflora.”

“Last poster a week ago when birthday flowers were never sent. This morning a refund still hadn't been processed. I got an apology and 'proof' it has now been refunded - but the card number isn't mine! Not sure if it's a scam or breathtaking incompetence, but l advise people to avoid at all costs”

“I found it easy to negotiate your order form. Straight forward. No asking to join or passwords etc. flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful and were what I ordered. Thanks”
