“The website was fairly easy to navigate. There were a range of gifts / flowers on offer. One cannot tell the scale from the photos, the flowers looked lovely in the photo. When delivered to my aged mother, apparently they were lovely! Appreciated 91st birthday present. Thank you.”

“Very dissatisfied with the quality of a £50 bouquet which had 2 carnations 2 gerbera and a rose with some foliage. Certainly not what I expected or order. Will not be using again.”

“I ordered and paid for a gift to be delivered on a certain date. This did not happen and a week later they informed me that they could not deliver as they couldn’t find a florist in the area to fulfill my order. I haven’t received my refund yet. Be careful. I can’t recommend at all.”

“Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on 3rd April. Contacted by you on 3rd to tell us that you were unable to complete the order and that money would be refunded. Waited 3 weeks and no refund so emailed again but still no refund on 12 May. Very poor way to do business and it seems many others are very unhappy with you too.”

“I placed an order on 29th to be delivered on 30th for a birthday surprise but the flowers were not delivered. I did not receive any correspondence to state there was an issue. When my sister in law didn’t receive them on her birthday, I contacted the shop and only at that point they stated a system error. Flowers were finally delivered on 2nd may, 3 days after her birthday. I requested a confirmation email to confirm delivery and am still waiting.”

“1.36pm Day of Delivey After trying our best to find a local florist to handle this order, we have been unsuccessful owing to the florists being fully booked or not having the appropriate stock for this bouquet.... ...we will not be able to fulfill this order, and I have gone ahead and canceled it. We have done our best to inform you of this in a timely manner - Do you really think infomring me of your failure at 1.36pm I could find another florist in that time? Birthday missed. Upset relation. Not acceptable”

“I ordered and paid weeks ahead for a delivery for a friend's birthday, only to be emailed on the day to say that they could not fulfil the order and had cancelled it and my refund will be 5-10 working days. I fail to see how this was not picked up at least the day before so at least I could order from another supplier. My friends flowers were late and ordered from another provider. Not happy at all.”

“Ordered online for a same-day delivery. Couldnt deliver, sent me a notification but no refund was made. It has been 13 days now But no word nor refund. Very disappointed and wont recommend this website”

“Bought flowers from these lot a few weeks ago. They never showed up. After I complained they pretended they’d emailed me to cancel and provide refund. They hadn’t. Chased twice for refund over many weeks, no refund. This looks like a scam. Refund me now!”

“My daughter ordered flowers for me ! Flowers never arrived - nor even to a different address ! My daughter was told she would receive a full refund ! Refund hasn't arrived so she is escalating the case now ! Do not order from this company - the customer service is non existent! They refuse to refund which means the problem is now escalating & will cost more both ways ! They just can't do the right thing !”
