“My choice of flowers was influenced by the vase it was displayed in. Flowers arrived as described, except the vase. It also arrived on time. I tried to contacts company but was not able to.”

“I would rate it 0 stars. That’s what they deserve. 3 days since ordered and paid and nobody answered my emails where my flowers are. Do not use their services. Very unprofessional service. Would not recommend.”

“Poor quality flowers, main flowers (roses) missing as apparently ran out of stock (the small prints apparently warn that flowers can be replaced if unavailable)… Very expensive for what was delivered. Will not buy again”

“I tried for 3 days to order flowers trough a different flower store and had nothing but problems......once I gave up and tried with you it was seamless! The flowers for my sweet aunt were gorgeous and delivered the next day! Thank you!!! Kerry from California”

“Regardless of multiple emails confirming my order had been completed, upon checking with recipient, flowers had been delivered BUT they were returned to 'shop' because the person delivering was told no such person worked there. There has been NO attempt at communicating this to me by your company & as an international tourist trying to repay a kind deed i find this completely inappropriate & unsatisfactory. If it was a £10 order I may be somewhat forgiving BUT I spent in excess of £50. NO SATISFACTION AT ALL. I am unable to answer some questions below as this information HAS NOT been made available to me. I AM staying positive that my order WILL STILL BE fulfilled OR I receive a FULL REFUND.”

“The flowers don’t turn up on the date they were ordered for and it was very difficult getting through on the phone. In the end I didn’t even obtain the flowers that I’d ordered”

“I ordered flowers on Saturday for Saturday and they informed me Monday would be the earliest. Have not been delivered and feel I have been scammed. Telephone number is going straight to voicemail. Worried about previous reviews.”

“The flowers were beautiful. Ordered in the morning delivered in the afternoon. Couldn't ask for better. My niece and family were thrilled with them and the little blue pram was a lovely addition.”

“The flowers were beautiful but they didn't arrive till late afternoon when my mom's birthday was nearly over. I had to run out and get her some more for her birthday. Customer service online were quick to message me back but it was far too late, the telephone number is ridiculous you can never get in touch. I'm afraid the flowers were lovely but service from the store I'd give a zero, so no more flowers ordered”
