I ordered a bouquet for my partner for her Birthday on the 28th September 2025 but it did not arrive. I attempted to call customer service phone number on Sunday evening to find they were not open. I called again on Monday 29th, only to be told that they do not deliver on Sundays. This is not mentioned on the website, and Sunday is offered as a delivery day. There was no contact from Flower Shops Network regarding this, despite the customer service agent saying that an email had been sent, and yes, I checked the spam / junk folder too. Terrible service. Avoid.
