“My friend was absolutely delighted with her flowers, so Thank you for delivering them. My only criticism, was that I had 2 emails wanting confirmation of address, name and phone number,on the day, even though I'd used you less then 3 months before to deliver to the same place!!!”

“The flowers I chose were advertised online in a purple presentation box which I wanted but when delivered they were just wrapped in cellophane and tissue paper with no box. They were also delivered prior to the time I requested but thankfully someone was home to receive them.”

“Two separate orders, both cancelled on the day of delivery with no alternatives offered. Atrocious. Will not be using this service again, no consideration for the buyer or recipient.”

“Ordered flowers for my partners birthday. They attempted delivery but didn't leave the flowers. Tried calling and the number goes straight to music on hold and nobody answers. Sent an email asking why the flowers hadn't been delivered, response was they had been, but they hadn't. So emailed again asking for a full refund, got a reply from them with an email trial that wasn't my complaint with an explanation of somebody else's non delivery and telling them that they were not getting a refund, email was quite rude tbh. So it wasn't just me that had not received my flowers. My bank got a full refund and I will not be using this company again. Strongly suggest they change there delivery service.”

“I ordered the flowers on Thursday for Delivery on Friday, my wife's birthday. I went home from work at 3.30 and they hadn't arrived. I waited until 4.30 and they still hadn't arrived so I tried to phone but got put on hold for 20 minutes, so I hung up and sent an email saying that the flowers hadn't been delivered and I wanted a full refund as it spoilt my wife's birthday. However at 7.00 in the evening the flowers were delivered, the flowers were lovely but 7.00 in the evening is far too late. I won't be ordering again.”

“The flowers were beautiful and my daughter was very happy. The reason I knocked a point off is because the confirmation of delivery came several days after and the delivery. Also, when I tried to call the opening hours were very limited and when I did connect I was in a queue for a long time and eventually gave up as I was connected via an international call. It would be good if confirmation of delivery was simultaneous to help reduce customer anxiety.”
