“Ordered next day flowers for my wife's birthday (maybe a bit more planning next time!!)..received a message the following morning to say that it would not be possible as the florists were too busy! I sent an e-mail of mild complaint....I later had a call from the local florist to say that the order would be fulfilled by the end of the day - the lady was lovely and also asked to confirm a couple of details due to my fat fingered typing! The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful....so all's well that ends well!”

“Ordered a bunch of flowers a few days prior to my mums bday but there never arrived. I gave it a couple days then tried to contact them both by email and telephone. I was put on hold 3 times for around 25mins only to finaly get through to a answer phone message. I also sent 2 seperate Emails giving all the relivent details and again never herd a peep. I have been forced to raise a dispute through my bank. If they are unable to collect the cash then i will be in touch with trade and standards.”

“I arranged for same day flowers for my sister as she’d just lost a pet and I wanted to send her something to show we cared. The flowers sent were lovely, arrived on time and she was really pleased with them.”

“Flowers delivered sub standard and after 3 days put in the bin, the flowers were not as shown or even close to the website pictures. Don't use this company I paid over £50 for a bouquet that I could have bought in tesco or Aldi for less than £15 and they would have lasted longer. Company eventually offered me a £7.05 compensation which is quite frankly an insult! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Trying to upload pictures but won't let me.”

“The flowers were delivered on the day mentioned to my family. Feedback was they are beautiful. Looking at the picture from my family showed the flowers beautifully displayed and colourful. I am very happy and THANK YOU.😁”

“This company’s customer service is disgraceful I ordered some flowers for a recently widowed friend and they refused to deliver stating no florist available in Chichester on a Saturday unbelievable I have now waited 28 working days to not receive a refund which they state on there website would be issued in 3-5 working days I have emailed the company in excess of 100 times and still not received my refund so unless you would like to donate £77 to not receive the promised service I would suggest going elsewhere”

“The flowers were not delivered when requested, as per any specific delivery instructions section. Why give this option if it is not achievable or at least notify to advise. The flowers were deliverded to a neighbour with no water pouch, therefore were starting to wilt when my wife received them much later in the day. As the requested time slot was missed, when she would have been available to put them in water immediately. Very dissapointin.”

“I requested delivery from Finland and the flowers arrived just in time and made the recipient very happy. She sent me a picture of the flowers and the bouquet was really beautiful and big. This time the reality was better than the advertising picture on the Interflora website. So a big thank you from up north. N xx”
