“A last minute request for same day delivery that was dealt with perfectly. A substitution had to be made and I was made aware straight away. Flowers were stunning. Will definitely use again!”

“The bouquet that arrived looked nothing like bouquet in the image on the website and half of the flowers looked like they were dying! I have sent an email about this but heard nothing back.”

“As I said on Friday the flowers I ordered for my wife were left out in the rain four four hours the flowers and the box were wet I gave instructions that if no one was in to leave them with my neighbour but driver just left them outside as I checked my camera”

“The delivery didn’t show up until very late , no confirmation , couldn’t call anyone as answer phone , no reply to email . Ordered a large bouquet of roses and received 7 roses .. £70 for 7 roses . I don’t think that’s good value . The roses we did receive were very nice and well presented .”

“I was happy to pay over 50 pounds for a quick delivery. However, I ordered on the sixth, they didn’t arrive until the 8th. I phoned to complain, no chance of getting through. I emailed, and received an apology on the 8th. I was told they would be delivered at 4pm that day. Shortly after I received an email saying they’d been delivered on the 7th. They eventually arrived at almost 6pm, after numerous calls with the recipient which spoiled the surprise. Now, if you were me would you use this service again? I doubt it.”
