I ordered flowers for our anniversary on 21st May, and on the morning of the event (29th May) I received a message to say that the order couldn't be fulfilled.
As if this wasn't bad enough, no refund has been received despite numerous chasers.
On this experience alone, I would recommend that you stay well clear of this firm.
