Likewise, I ordered on the 16th Dec , was contacted the next day as they were unable to fulfill the order, therefore they were processing a refund…. With it being Xmas I didn’t actually notice that I had not received this until the 11th January. I emailed twice and was reassured this was being done…still nothing a fortnight later. Fortunately I paid by credit card and was able to stop the payment!
