I don't trust you as a company. I requested flowers to be sent to my aunt for her Birthday on the 1st Feb 2025. Nothing was sent. I received an email that I would be refunded with 5-10 working days, it is now over 3 weeks later, numerous emails sent requesting my refund. I have received nothing, no other emails or calls.
