My daughter ordered flowers for me ! Flowers never arrived - nor even to a different address ! My daughter was told she would receive a full refund ! Refund hasn't arrived so she is escalating the case now ! Do not order from this company - the customer service is non existent! They refuse to refund which means the problem is now escalating & will cost more both ways ! They just can't do the right thing !
