I ordered and paid weeks ahead for a delivery for a friend's birthday, only to be emailed on the day to say that they could not fulfil the order and had cancelled it and my refund will be 5-10 working days.
I fail to see how this was not picked up at least the day before so at least I could order from another supplier. My friends flowers were late and ordered from another provider. Not happy at all.
