After trying our best to find a local florist to handle this order, we have been unsuccessful owing to the florists being fully booked or not having the appropriate stock for this bouquet....
...we will not be able to fulfill this order, and I have gone ahead and canceled it. We have done our best to inform you of this in a timely manner
- Do you really think infomring me of your failure at 1.36pm I could find another florist in that time? Birthday missed. Upset relation. Not acceptable
