I placed an order on 29th to be delivered on 30th for a birthday surprise but the flowers were not delivered. I did not receive any correspondence to state there was an issue.
When my sister in law didn’t receive them on her birthday, I contacted the shop and only at that point they stated a system error. Flowers were finally delivered on 2nd may, 3 days after her birthday. I requested a confirmation email to confirm delivery and am still waiting.
