Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on 3rd April. Contacted by you on 3rd to tell us that you were unable to complete the order and that money would be refunded. Waited 3 weeks and no refund so emailed again but still no refund on 12 May. Very poor way to do business and it seems many others are very unhappy with you too.
