Absolutely disgusted. Advised at 3.15pm today that flowers I ordered two days ago in memory of my mother’s birthday, she died earlier this year, couldn’t be delivered as we are in a rural area. We are not in a rural area, was not advised on ordering that I was in a rural area and website says they deliver to Fife. Whole family is devastated. £60 shocking service.
