I haven’t actually received them and when I queried where they are your team just said they’ve been delivered without issues without looking into it or providing me with more detail to see if I can get them.
Very disappointing as they were supposed to be delivered for a special occasion whilst I’m away on a work trip and I have no clear information on where they actually are.
