My flowers weren't received by the recipient. I have sent 4 emails chasing without a response. I have tried to get through on the phone lines several times but without success. If I have been lucky enough to get through to the front of the queue then it is a just an answering machine for you to leave a message. I have left two messages now and if there has been a return call - I have not noticed and no message has been left with an update, even though on the two times I got through to the answer machine I did leave the order number and my phone number. £50 I have spent for a load of hassle and a friend who has now buried her husband and thinks I don't care sufficiently enough to send flowers.
