My order was accepted for same day delivery which I was charged for , flowers for an aunt who is at end of life , I was later informed my order was not going ahead as planned a refund was offered , 3 messages I sent that afternoon, evening , next day confirming I would like a refund. No response ,,,, until I was notified flowers were delivered next day , so I was charged for flowers a day late and an order I cancelled .
So customer service really does not work , I have no positive feed back and will not use this company again .
