Flowers were lovely.
The problem is- my fault- the wrong delivery address went through. The issue I have is the fact that I was completely unable to speak to anyone directly connected to the company customer support. I had to trace through for hours to try and find anyone to speak to to ensure the correct address.
The customer support number on the site is useless.
