Firstly, this bouquet of flowers was ordered after a loss of life in the family. Then we were told that they could not be delivered. I then received a conflicting email, which told me that the flowers had in fact reached their destination. As this involved a bereavement. I felt unable to contact the recipients due to very tragic circumstances. I then decided to phone the number on the website and was told that this number was unobtainable . I tried several times but with no success. I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering. I will not use this service again.
