Very Disappointed – Birthday Flowers Never Delivered I ordered flowers for a birthday, expecting them to arrive on time and make the day special. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened. Not only did this completely ruin the surprise, but I also received no proper updates or explanation from the company. Birthdays only come once a year, and this lack of reliability is unacceptable. I trusted this service to deliver something meaningful, but instead it caused stress and disappointment. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their communication, reliability, and customer service. I am still waiting for the refund. Will be reporting this this place to Citizen Advice.
