The flowers were beautiful but they didn't arrive till late afternoon when my mom's birthday was nearly over. I had to run out and get her some more for her birthday.
Customer service online were quick to message me back but it was far too late, the telephone number is ridiculous you can never get in touch. I'm afraid the flowers were lovely but service from the store I'd give a zero, so no more flowers ordered
