Regardless of multiple emails confirming my order had been completed, upon checking with recipient, flowers had been delivered BUT they were returned to 'shop' because the person delivering was told no such person worked there. There has been NO attempt at communicating this to me by your company & as an international tourist trying to repay a kind deed i find this completely inappropriate & unsatisfactory. If it was a £10 order I may be somewhat forgiving BUT I spent in excess of £50. NO SATISFACTION AT ALL. I am unable to answer some questions below as this information HAS NOT been made available to me. I AM staying positive that my order WILL STILL BE fulfilled OR I receive a FULL REFUND.
