Unfortunately the lady whome i sent flowers too was not at her work place due to illness. The flowers were refused. I left my phone number in case these could not be delivered. To current date I have received emails from you asking if I am happy with your service.
I am not ! I should have been informed that they had not been delivered and there is no excuse for this as of mentioned I left my details with yourselves.
Therefore I would like a full refund.
