Terrible terrible communication. This company takes your money and then never speaks to you again. They don't have social media so you can't attempt to contact them on there. Their website only has a chatbot that takes your e-mail address and promises to reply, however weeks later after numerous attempts at this I didn't have a single reply. Whatever the product/service companies HAVE to have a route of communication and this company fails spectacularly at this.
