“Terrible terrible communication. This company takes your money and then never speaks to you again. They don't have social media so you can't attempt to contact them on there. Their website only has a chatbot that takes your e-mail address and promises to reply, however weeks later after numerous attempts at this I didn't have a single reply. Whatever the product/service companies HAVE to have a route of communication and this company fails spectacularly at this.”
“It’s the worst do not order- they don’t deliver or don’t bother to call when they arrive and then take the plant back and will not reimburse you, saying the plant has died on the way although DHL / Hermes clearly show that it was send back almost the same day. Really bad setvice!”
“First they delivered 2 days later, not ideal if is a birthday gift. Customer service is useless and takes ages to reply you with automatic answers. Third, the cactus is 20 cm shorter than the advert, so really different of the description. And fourth, the Evri delivered brought the package in a horizontal mode, so at least didn’t damage because is a cactus, but if is other plant, believe me, is not the way to carry! Never anymore I will purchase anything with Flowy.”
“It’s the second time I order with Flowy. All plants from my first order are dead (died between 3 months to 9 months). Meanwhile, the plants I got from my fleuriste are flourishing and my apartment will soon be too small. For the second order (I thought I had bad luck with the first), the biggest plant is dying after 10 days and one of the product arrived damaged. I will not order again.”
“This company is awful, AVOID. I ordered a large ficus plant and they sent me one that is clearly not healthy. About 30-40% of the leaves are full of brown spots.
They claim to have a policy that replaces plants within 14 days but when I requested a replacement, they refused to honor this policy.”
“The plant arrived two weeks late and dead. I had to dispose a big dead plant and a box. After several emails customer service finally called and promised delivery before Christmas as it was a present. Today is the 27th of December- no plant or refund. Stay away!”
“Monatera plant arrived overwatered! £85 and the leaves are slowly dropping off! Avoid buying from them any issues will be blamed on your mistreatment of the plant.”
