I have been shopping for a scooter for a while. I did not think there were any stores in the Bay Area, so I tried Voro motors in LA. They were very nice and helpful, but you were only allowing to motor about their parking lot as they watched. When I first found and showed up at Fluid Freeride, they asked for a credit card, ID and sent me off into the wild streets of SF. I stayed in the alley out back until I was confident, then did some laps around the close blocks. I came back and had a long talk about various scooters I was interested in. The salesman was knowledgeable and experienced with every scooter I was serious about. He explained how the Nami Burn-E 2 was lighter and had more range and was easier for beginners to use. I came back for an extensive test drive. Then they offered an amazing black Friday deal with tons of accessories and almost $1000 off. The same salesman was extremely friendly and helpful again. I spent 45 minutes riding through the mission district down Dolores Street having the time of my life and was sold on the business and the Nami Burn-E 2. I ordered one that day and it came within three days. I got it sent to the shop and they set it up for me. Making sure there were no issues. I do not think I have had another vehicle that is quite as fun as this beast. I can’t say enough about the great salesman. He personally set the scooter up for me and gave me a quick rundown on changing software preferences and off, I went!
