The support team is helpful and it’s understandable that you won’t get a response within 30 mins if you have an issue. As long as you’re able to understand how everything works with the scooter you have and how to finagle with it I would suggest just having a mechanic to look through it. Been having issues with the mantis v2 and probably should’ve just gotten a wolf instead and dealt with the weight difference …. But support is being helpful with everything but honestly about to give up on the mantis v2 feels like the quality control wasn’t all there when it came from the factory. Support is 5 stars worth the scooter it’s dropped down to a 2 for me but that’s just my experience with it, it’s a great scooter just feels like I’m too aggressive and it’s not a good fit for me.
