I had 2 separate issues related to my order but both were fixed in short order. One was an actual defect in a part which was sent rapidly, and then trouble installing it, which they helped me over the phone with. Second was a trouble with a flat tire that I could figure out how to take off to replace it but couldn't get it back on - they gave me access to a mechanic with enough knowledge to help me figure it out .
Could not have started my scootering journey without that support - highly recommend.
