If you are in the market for an electric scooter then i definitely recommend FFR. I had an issue with my klima and i thought it was going to be a major head ache getting it taken care of but that was definitely not the case. FFR took care of it immediately, no hassles, no BS.

update: on the 8th of september, they sent pre-shipment info to usps, however usps is still waiting for ffr to actually bring the package to usps???? It takes 5 days? come on ffr
