Shocking service and inaccurate website
Shocking service, booked 2 flights with an advertised stopover time of 3hrs 55min, after completing booking form and paying online, got confirmation of flights showing a 10hr 35min stopover!
Called them immediately to check if it was a mistake on their part only to be told there was no mistake and nothing could be done by FlySharp - would have to contact the operator or pay for cancellation or amending the flights. Would not accept any liability for their false advertising on their website.
To make matters even worse, when showing my son the website was still falsely advertising the same flight with the wrong stopover! I called them again and again they admit no responsibility for the content of their webiste and not willing to help in any way.
Worst service from a 'booking agent' in over 40 years of international travel.
My advice is to avoid this bunch of unhelpful money grabbers at all costs.
