I make a ticket plan for pakistan with return ticket, in 6pm i make a ticket and make a payment and amount is deduct on the spot from my account and butt they didn’t give the the ticket. And i call their helpline and they said sir we didn’t receive your payment and i told then i have a bank statement payment is deducted from my account and they sir right banks is close so you have to wait for morning. And i morning i call them again and told them the all scenario and they said yes we received your payment butt you have to give us 100 pound more because now price fare is changed but i told them i already give you my payment and all details last evening so how its possible and now you asking me more money. So guys don’t choose their flights please go on direct airline website their is not maximum amount difference. Thank you Worst service

Shocking service and inaccurate website Shocking service, booked 2 flights with an advertised stopover time of 3hrs 55min, after completing booking form and paying online, got confirmation of flights showing a 10hr 35min stopover! Called them immediately to check if it was a mistake on their part only to be told there was no mistake and nothing could be done by FlySharp - would have to contact the operator or pay for cancellation or amending the flights. Would not accept any liability for their false advertising on their website. To make matters even worse, when showing my son the website was still falsely advertising the same flight with the wrong stopover! I called them again and again they admit no responsibility for the content of their webiste and not willing to help in any way. Worst service from a 'booking agent' in over 40 years of international travel. My advice is to avoid this bunch of unhelpful money grabbers at all costs.

Please be aware of them they are total fraud they will take the card detail from you and charge your account straight away without asking and poor customer service

Flysharp charged our credit card but failed to issue the tickets when queried they said they cannot as the price has increased by £100 -- highway robbery without the gun -- I have asked for a full refund of our tickets and so far they have refused our request. I would not recommend

Very disappointed. My experience: 1. If you want to buy a luggage - Flysharp don't do this. You need to buy it when checking in 24h prior flight. 2. When I wanted to change flights - Flysharp team told ridiculous amount of money, when you can buy new ones 3 times cheaper. Don't be fooled by them, check prices. 3. When I wanted to cancel my flights, they told that it is not refundable, but airport charges will be refunded after outbound flight is completed. Guess what - after outbound flight was completed, they told different story that no airport charges will be refunded. It is so unsatisfying to talk with people like them, I will never go with this company ever again.

A big fat 0 for flysharp. Never ever book with these scamsters. Booked flights to India that got cancelled due to COVID. I was offered to either take a refund minus cancellation charges or make the ticket “open” i.e only fare difference payable when changing the date. I duly called after 1 month to change the date. At this point the utterly rude agent named Aarav told me to pay £60 “admin” charge along with £100 fare difference. When I showed him the email his colleague sent me which clearly stated that the only charge would be a fare difference, he said admin charge is part of the fare difference. On top of that I paid £595pp for my ticket which was now actually selling for £553 on their own website. When I queried he again spouted nonsense about how the fare on their website was a promotional fare but the one I booked wasn’t. Like seriously are you deluded Mr Aarav? Blatantly lying to charge fraudulent admin fees is just poor business practice. Please do not book via any agent, just book directly with the airlines. Aarav and his gang of thugs are ready to rip you off if you still want to book via flysharp.

I booked a return flight with Flysharp in December 2019 for travel in May 2020. International lockdown came into force April 2020 and my flight was cancelled. I tried to contact them but all their phones were down and no one answered my calls. I emailed them and they took their time to reply. Their excuse was that they must wait for the airline to refund them the money before they can send the money to me. They said they will return my payment less their admin fee. No further news from them for a long time. By May 2020, I decided not to wait any longer and contacted my bank who refunded 100% of my payment within 10 days. Avoid Flysharp who are part of Southall Travel. The owner of Southall Travel creates many sister companies e.g. Flysharp, Wembly Travel, Travelfinders, Travel Trolley etc. and carry out their business using loads of different company names but appear to provide the same appalling (non-)service.

If I could give zero stars. I had to call to inform them the airline had cancelled the flight. They refused to contact the airline to check and told me to call back. I called back in 2 days to find the airline had re- routed my flight all over India, with final destination as London. No email or notification from the airline. When I call Flysharp, if I want to change this all over India, before reaching my final destination, I should pay for the privilege. After complaining, I am told as a good will gesture £30 reduction in administration fee. Still £70,out of pocket because no one will listen to me and arbitrary changes.

I booked my n my lil boy ticket from flysharp , Qatar airways got cancelled n they said it’s fully refunded n it’s been 5 months the company is completely ignoring n when I called qatar airways they said they have issued the refund 5 months ago , I think I need to take this case to the court.... I think this agency should have been removed from sky scanner n other websites as they lie to the customer n take their money in their pocket , I don’t have trust on sky scanner anymore caz they still sell tickets through fly sharp On their website

I have requested a refund back in March 2021, and they said the refund would take 4-6 weeks as they would need to make a request from the airline. Waited until 13/05/2021, still no refund and promise to refund within 10 working days. Still, no refund. Sent another email on the 24/05/2021 their excuse was "Please be informed that the refund has already been processed from our end. We would request you to kindly wait for a few days and check your bank transactions" Still no refund, I've sent another email on the 10/06/2021, and their excuse becomes more interesting - "We tried crediting the refund to the same mode of payment but the transaction was rejected by your bank. Kindly let us know is the same card is in use so that we may try processing the refund to the same card again. Alternatively, we can either post a cheque for the refundable amount or transfer it to your bank account, details of which are required", their excuse that the refund transaction was rejected by the credit card is completely false because I spoke to the bank. So, I went ahead and sent them my debit card details to see what excuse they would come up with. They agreed to process the refund within 5-8 working days. As you guest - STILL NO REFUND UNTIL NOW For all those in my position, please take your complaint to IATA.org (their regulating body) and phone your bank to open a transaction dispute, because they will delay you to buy time and in hope that you will forget your refund. And if you have booked your ticket through SKYSCANNER as I did, then take your complaint to them as well, to make them aware of this company's practice. Finally, just let you know that they also operate under a different company names, but their registered company name is PH TRAVEL LTD

Poor policy for refund and no reply for customers on email who are chasing their refunds . I have been chasing my refund 1200£ since more than a month . Very poor service by Flysharp . Won’t recommend !

Note that Fly Sharp is a trading name of Southall Travel. Would never ever use them again. Dreadful experience. Booked a "flexible" ticket depending on Covid restrictions and when Singapore stopped UK visitors in January 21, Singapore Airlines put a message on their webpage that everyone was entitled to a full refund whereas Fly Sharp wanted to charge me a £400 fee for cancelling which meant I would have less than £100 refund. They said I wasn't entitled to a refund and Singapore Airlines said that I was and to go back to them. It just went round in circles for weeks and it was extremely frustrating that an organisation could act in this way. Fly Sharp just tells lies and don't call the airline at all. SA were writing notes on my booking and FS were saying there were no notes - then SA saying they can see they that FS had not called at all. This happened several times. At one point the Fly Sharp telephone number didn't even connect so I found another number and the operator answered "Southall Travel". When I asked if they were Fly Sharp she didn't answer and just asked me what the problem was. So take note that they are one and the same! Anyway, thank you to Singapore Airlines for intervening and I eventually got a 100% refund :)

Just booked a flight via sky scanner only to be told the flight was cancelled as my card had not been verified.The payment has however gone through and is pending in my account.I am now stuck with no money as it has been debited.They are broad day light robbers

Be aware they will increase the price of your ticket with no justification Bought 4 tickets with them yesterday for a trip in August through a flight comparison app. After taking the payment, was advised by email to contact the company by phone on a paid for number. The advisor said there was a glitch on the system and requested further payment of around 1/3 of the original value to issue the tickets, that already shows as confirmed on the app. Feel like this company tricks the clients into buying the tickets offering a good deal, just to increase the price immediately after with no good justification. The issue is still ongoing.

You'll never get your refund from these guys. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. I have been chasing them for 7 months since my flight was cancelled due to covid 19. I need a cancellation invoice for my travel insurance to pay me out but I just cannot get one from them. They also owe me a refund for airport taxes and every time i phone they have a different excuse. AVOID at all costs. The flight may seem cheap at 1st but when something goes wrong you will wish you booked directly with the airline.

Booked ticket from London-Sydney and asked them if I was able to transit through SFO, they said 'yes no problem, you will not be exiting, only waiting in Business class lounge'. Lufthansa who was responsible for flight said the same thing. Arrived at airport and was denied boarding. When I contacted them they told me it was my fault for not checking. Stranded in an airport for days. Then got sick. Welcome to Liesharp, here to rip you off.
