“Be aware they will increase the price of your ticket with no justification
Bought 4 tickets with them yesterday for a trip in August through a flight comparison app. After taking the payment, was advised by email to contact the company by phone on a paid for number. The advisor said there was a glitch on the system and requested further payment of around 1/3 of the original value to issue the tickets, that already shows as confirmed on the app. Feel like this company tricks the clients into buying the tickets offering a good deal, just to increase the price immediately after with no good justification. The issue is still ongoing.”
“You'll never get your refund from these guys. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. I have been chasing them for 7 months since my flight was cancelled due to covid 19. I need a cancellation invoice for my travel insurance to pay me out but I just cannot get one from them. They also owe me a refund for airport taxes and every time i phone they have a different excuse. AVOID at all costs. The flight may seem cheap at 1st but when something goes wrong you will wish you booked directly with the airline.”
“Booked ticket from London-Sydney and asked them if I was able to transit through SFO, they said 'yes no problem, you will not be exiting, only waiting in Business class lounge'. Lufthansa who was responsible for flight said the same thing.
Arrived at airport and was denied boarding. When I contacted them they told me it was my fault for not checking.
Stranded in an airport for days. Then got sick.

“This company does not even deserve a 1 star !!!! Still waiting for a refund which flights cancelled in early April. No calls answered. No emails returned. Looks like there will be a court case due to all the refunds not been given by many. Never use this scam company ever again !!!!”
“Refused to reply to emails after both legs of my return flight were cancelled by the airline. No one answers their telephone. Customer support is zero. Last communication was on 16th March when then told me not to email them anymore.”
“I booked flights through Flysharp and had an initial return date in early April, only for the airline to cancel.
Flysharp did not inform me of the cancellation. I had to contact them to tell them.
According to Flysharps own terms and conditions, cancellations from the airline will result in another flight at no extra cost or a refund with no deductions for admin fees.
When I approached Flysharp, they told me I had to pay an extra fee to have my ticket rescheduled to another date eventhough the airline in question were offering ticket changes for free.
When I put this to the member of staff they were adamant I had to pay it because the airline were charging.
I did pay only for the rescheduled flight to be cancelled. Again, no contact from Flysharp.
I ended up contacting the airline who have since made the change without costs.
Good riddance to Flysharp.
Never using them again.
