I booked flights through Flysharp and had an initial return date in early April, only for the airline to cancel. Flysharp did not inform me of the cancellation. I had to contact them to tell them. According to Flysharps own terms and conditions, cancellations from the airline will result in another flight at no extra cost or a refund with no deductions for admin fees. When I approached Flysharp, they told me I had to pay an extra fee to have my ticket rescheduled to another date eventhough the airline in question were offering ticket changes for free. When I put this to the member of staff they were adamant I had to pay it because the airline were charging. I did pay only for the rescheduled flight to be cancelled. Again, no contact from Flysharp. I ended up contacting the airline who have since made the change without costs. Good riddance to Flysharp. Never using them again. They are owned by parent company Southall Travel.
