I would have given "Excellent" but for a few recent problems. One order was short by 20 or so transfers, but the resaponse from customer support was excellent and replacement transfers were sent out overnight. I do have problems with "Full Color" transfers - color shades tend to be in the lap of the gods no matter how carefully I choose my CMYK. The color pallette on the web site can be misleading in that it shows as available for 1,2,3 color transfers, but that is not the case. Not all colors are available in 3 color artwork.
